I started learning about energy work in 2013 via various teachers and mentors.  A friend had recommended Teresa’s services.  I started Reiki and spiritual counseling with Teresa to work through a transitional time in my life.  Her gentle nature, kind spirit and angelic voice were the comfort and support I needed.

Shortly thereafter, I dove right into taking her Reiki certification, chakra balancing and crystal healing classes.  Energy work has completely transformed my life.  I use it in every aspect of my life, whether I am currently in a high vibration or low vibration.
